Role Overview
The Recruitment Lead will manage and scale hiring operations across European markets, with a strong focus on high-volume and BPO recruitment. This role requires ownership of recruitment delivery, team performance, and market strategy, ensuring consistent achievement of hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters across multiple markets
- Set performance targets and monitor team KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline health)
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team
- Recruitment Operations
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned regions and roles
- Manage high-volume (mass hiring) and BPO recruitment campaigns
- Ensure efficient candidate funnel management from sourcing to onboarding
- Market & Workforce Planning
- Analyze hiring markets across Europe, particularly Ukraine
- Develop hiring strategies based on talent availability and business demand
- Estimate hiring capacity and forecast workforce needs
- Data & Analytics
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., sourcing channels, conversion ratios, hiring velocity)
- Use data to optimize processes and improve hiring outcomes
- Report recruitment performance to stakeholders
- Tools & Systems
- Utilize and optimize ATS and recruitment tools
- Ensure accurate data tracking and reporting within systems
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership on hiring needs and timelines
- Align recruitment strategy with business goals
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Team Leader / Lead Recruiter
- Strong background in BPO and/or mass hiring
- Experience recruiting across European markets (Ukraine preferred)
- Demonstrated ownership of recruitment metrics and analytics
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring pipelines
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Can work remotely
