LuxExperience is now seeking a Group Controller (Maternity cover) to join the Group Controlling team within the wider Finance Department.

Location: Bologna

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities at Group level with strong focus on Luxury Operations
• Perform detailed cost analysis of Luxury Operation functions and act as a business partner to cost center owners, providing financial transparency and insights
• Prepare management reports on Luxury Operations financial performance, including variance analysis and key performance indicators
• Contribute to the preparation of Group budgets and forecasts
• Support special projects and provide ad-hoc financial analyses as required

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis in a corporate environment; alternatively, experience in external audit or management consulting at a Big Four company
• Strong understanding of financial statements and planning processes, with good IFRS knowledge
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools like LucaNet or Power BI is a plus
• Analytical, hands-on, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
• Fluent in English
