Position Purpose

This role is a key contributor to the growth, development, and strategic partnership of the Walmart business. The Omni-channel Insights Analyst will mine and integrate multiple sources of retailer and syndicated omni‑channel data, uncover meaningful insights, and translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations that shape business strategy. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail‑oriented, an exceptional communicator, and accountable for ensuring reporting accuracy and analytical excellence.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in our Rogers, AR office.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Analytics Responsibilities
    • Lead weekly analysis and reporting of Lindt retail sales performance for executive and local teams, leveraging tools such as Scintilla, Engine, Circana, and Salsify.
    • Conduct post‑event analysis and modeling of promotional performance to optimize future investments and allocations across 4,500+ Walmart locations.
    • Support sales leaders with data, insights, and presentation development for line reviews, joint business planning, and internal planning meetings.
    • Provide insights and guidance to customer and brand teams to deepen understanding of Walmart shopper and consumer behavior.
    • Maintain Engine data integrity and develop new custom reports to support the Walmart team’s analytical needs.
  • Digital Responsibilities
    • Communicate omni‑channel insights, trends, and opportunities clearly and consistently to internal teams (Sales, Ecom, Category, Shopper Marketing, Brand) and external stakeholders (Walmart Connect and Walmart Merchant teams).
    • Analyze and harmonize key digital analytics across multiple data sources (including Scintilla Digital Transactability, OPD, Digital Landscapes, and Walmart Connect) to identify performance drivers and growth opportunities.
    • Partner with the internal eCommerce team to maintain and optimize Lindt’s Walmart digital content to drive online conversion and sales.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

  • 2+ years of analytical experience with a Walmart CPG supplier and/or broker
  • Prior experience with the Scintilla platform
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to build compelling selling stories
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines

Skills & Knowledge

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including graphs, formulas, and pivot tables
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities (Proficient in Scintilla; working knowledge of Circana)
  • Self‑directed, adaptable, and effective in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Team‑oriented with strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Education

  • B.S. or B.A. required

Other Requirements

  • Position is based out of the Bentonville, AR office
  • Travel to Lindt Corporate (Stratham, NH), industry events, and team meetings as needed

Total Rewards:

Compensation Range: $87,000-107,000.00

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
