About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless communication.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Foster a positive team environment and promote collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in restoration.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
