About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Rainbow International Of Cincinnati as a General Labor Mitigation/Demolition specialist! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in restoring properties and ensuring safety after damage, all while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the demolition and mitigation of properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage.
- Safely operate tools and equipment to carry out demolition tasks.
- Prepare sites for restoration by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Communicate with supervisors about project progress and any issues encountered.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in demolition or construction is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
