About the Role
The Programme Executive II (PE) will be part of the Family Support Services- Families for Life team that delivers evidence-based parenting and marriage programmes. The PE works with trainers, school and community partners, in planning and promoting these programmes to support parents, newlyweds and married couples. They provide administrative and logistical support to ensure that these programmes run smoothly. The PE may be required to lead a team of junior Programme Executives, overseeing outreach initiatives to key community stakeholders. This role will focus on delivering parenting programme support to ComLink+ families in Punggol.
Key Responsibilities Area:
The PE works collaboratively with school and community partners in planning and promoting the programme to support couples, parents and families in building their resilience capacity.
Provide administrative and logistical support in programmes and services to meet clients’ needs
Carry out administrative and logistical requirements of agency’s programmes
Manage end-to-end operations from registration to execution and post programme review and reporting
Assist in planning and execution of agency’s programmes
Manage partnerships with schools and community partners in planning and promoting programmes to service users
Provide support to the social worker/ counsellor/s as assigned by the supervisor
Outreach to community and to community partners
Outreach, sharing of parenting and marriage resources and recruiting parents and couples to participate in the programmes
Record-keeping duties and administrative work
Prepare and review monthly reports
Review programme SOPs on a regular basis
Maintain accurately and update programme data for report compilation and analysis
Maintain database administration
Supervision and Management
Supervise a team of Programme Executives (PE)
Manage manpower resources of PE team and ensure fair allocation of tasks to ensure programme delivery
Requirement:
Possess polytechnic diploma or equivalent preferably degree holder.
3 years work experiences in social service or education or training
Experience in programme administration, front-line client facing work and managing partnerships
Passion for parenting work to strengthen family life
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office application, specifically Excel, Power Point presentation, MS Forms
Proficiency in using MS Team/ Zoom to host seminars and do presentation and hosting seminars
Willing to work on weekday evenings and Saturday when necessary
