Cooling and lubrication engineer - Wind sector

The requested service is to provide Mechanical and CFD engineering support for detailed design of Nacelle ventilation system and CFD studies.

The candidate will have to support in the design of the cooling and the lubrication system of the offshore wind turbine. That means the following activities:

· Preparing and executing CFD evaluations by:

· Using simple hand calculations or 1D models 

· Running CFX analysis 

· Creating reports of the calculation

Detailed design per the milestone requirements for Nacelle ventilation system, including engineering change order execution, amongs other internal processe per the program requirements.

The candidate must fulfill with the following:

- Experience in designing mechanical engieering components, with expertise in COOLING and LUBRICATION systems.

- Previous experience in the wind sector is very valuable

- Fluent in English

- Knowledge of CFx analysis and their reporting

- Knowledge of NX as a CAD software

- Proactive, autonomous and resolutive person

- Capable to manage manufacturing evaluations

- Experienced in working in an international environment

- Experienced in having work with external suppliers and supplier validation processes

- Living in Barcelona area
