Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration and rollout of our new webshop platform, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget

• Own and drive the SAP Commerce D2C platform roadmap across EMEA, aligned with regional strategy and local market needs

• Act as both Product Owner and Project Lead, ensuring clear prioritization and execution

• Continuously evolve the platform with a strong focus on scalability, flexibility, and future-proof architecture

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, with a strong customer-centric mindset

• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, and external vendors

• Monitor performance through relevant KPIs and regularly report progress to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, product ownership, or consulting within e-commerce

• Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce, experience with Jira and Confluence as a plus

• Strong understanding of headless architectures, ideally within SAP Commerce environments (CMS, CRM, DAM, PIM)

• Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional projects successfully

• Experience working in fast-paced, international environments

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills

• Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on, ownership-driven attitude

• Background in D2C business models with understanding of relevant KPIs and P&L

• Business fluent English; German is a plus
