About the role
We are looking for a Junior Portfolio Analyst to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will support portfolio strategy work and day-to-day analytics, and you will provide hands-on support to our transaction management activities. It is a great opportunity to start your career in real estate in a structured, business-critical role, with a clear path to develop both analytical and commercial skills.
You will work closely with senior analysts, portfolio managers and transaction managers, contributing to recurring deliverables as well as ad-hoc projects.
Your responsibilities
Support portfolio strategy analysis,
Gather and validate data for various projects and initiatives,
Support the team in the development of new tools, reports, and processes,
Assist in prioritizing and handling urgent requests and data quality initiatives,
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely project delivery,
Assist in the preparation of presentations,
Prepare simple financial models,
Perform medium-complexity analyses, primarily financial, to support business decisions,
Support transaction management with close-out reports and engagement notes,
Support preparation and review of commission reports,
Provide general transaction and brokerage administrative support.
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, or Real Estate,
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Proficient in data analysis
Basic understanding of financial concepts and ability to work with simple financial models,
Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy,
Interest in the real estate industry and willingness to learn and develop.
Nice to have
First professional experience (internship or working student) in analytics, finance, audit, consulting or real estate,
Familiarity with transaction support, brokerage operations or commission processes,
