About the role

We are looking for a Junior Portfolio Analyst to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will support portfolio strategy work and day-to-day analytics, and you will provide hands-on support to our transaction management activities. It is a great opportunity to start your career in real estate in a structured, business-critical role, with a clear path to develop both analytical and commercial skills.

You will work closely with senior analysts, portfolio managers and transaction managers, contributing to recurring deliverables as well as ad-hoc projects.

 

Your responsibilities

• Support portfolio strategy analysis,

• Gather and validate data for various projects and initiatives,

• Support the team in the development of new tools, reports, and processes,

• Assist in prioritizing and handling urgent requests and data quality initiatives,

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely project delivery,

• Assist in the preparation of presentations,

• Prepare simple financial models,

• Perform medium-complexity analyses, primarily financial, to support business decisions,

• Support transaction management with close-out reports and engagement notes,

• Support preparation and review of commission reports,

• Provide general transaction and brokerage administrative support.

 

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Finance, or Real Estate,

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

• Proficient in data analysis

• Basic understanding of financial concepts and ability to work with simple financial models,

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills,

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy,

• Interest in the real estate industry and willingness to learn and develop.

 

Nice to have

• First professional experience (internship or working student) in analytics, finance, audit, consulting or real estate,

• Familiarity with transaction support, brokerage operations or commission processes,
