This role is a senior Salesforce-focused position designed for a hands-on consultant who can bridge business needs and technical execution across complex CRM ecosystems. You will work in a fully remote environment supporting enterprise clients in the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and marketing integrations. The role combines consulting, development, and solution architecture, requiring both strategic thinking and strong technical delivery skills. You will lead discovery sessions, translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure high-quality implementation aligned with Agile practices. Beyond delivery, you will play a key role in post-go-live support, continuous improvement, and data-driven optimization using dashboards and analytics. This is a high-impact role where your work directly improves CRM performance, user experience, and business decision-making.
