JusticeWorks is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will support hiring managers in identifying and recruiting qualified candidates to fill open positions.

Location: Forest Hills, PA
Salary Range: $30,000 - $35,000 per year

Position Summary
JusticeWorks is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will support hiring managers in identifying and recruiting qualified candidates to fill open positions.
What you will do
- Monitor recruitment sources daily (applicant tracking system, job boards, and other sourcing channels) to identify and engage potential candidates
- Source candidates for open roles using job boards, databases, social media, referrals, and other recruiting tools
- Review resumes and applications, and call candidates to discuss qualifications, interest, and next steps in the hiring process
- Work within an assigned region to schedule interviews for hiring managers
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; able to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Pass current, applicable clearances
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
