About this roleThe position is for our Edwards Fire Products business, based in Gurgaon and will report to Regional Sales Leader of North.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTo generate demand for Enterprise Fire business and drive strong specification in the market. Achieve revenue and margin above set quota in support of Annual Operating Plan. Experience of working with LV consultants, End Users, Govt. departments, PMCs, GCs & Builders to engage and do seminars and related activities for getting brand approved in preferred make list. KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENTResponsible for building and maintaining long-term, strategic relationships with an organization's most important clients. The account manager focuses on retention, strategic growth, and value co-creationCUSTOMER MANAGEMENT• Meet new customers and expand Opportunities funnel. • To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and managing Key accounts.• Responsible for Accurate forecast of revenue and growth opportunities in territory / segment SALES & COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES• Ensure Order closure along with sales and drive hard to close orders with desired margin by right spec. • Liaising & coordinating with end to end from specifiers to end client to get the business converted to us.LOCAL PROMOTIONS• Ensure Local Promotion Plan is executed as per schedule with adherence to Brand Guidelines. • Conduct periodical meets with Influencers such as Consultants, End Users, GCs and other Key Influencers.YOU MUST HAVE• Good communication skills • Technical analytical. • Presentation skills • Negotiation skills • Commercial Acumen• Minimum 10 years of experience of similar field.Basic Qualification• Engineer Degree/Graduate along with MBA preferably.
