About the role SC analyst is mainly responsible for charting out all the required functions that a DMS and TMS should execute for customer order to cash cycle and returns, Optimization of Transportation and logistics with data transparency, Route and load optimization, seamless invoicing and reduced bill payment cycle for the vendors etc. SC analyst should ensure all these functions are interfaced successfully with the SAP systems and ensuring seamless execution of these customised products in a business-as-usual setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying the functions that are required to be performed by DMS in order to minimize manual ways of working starting from customer order to delivery (entire Order to cash cycle)
• Accountable to maintain all master data and Ensuring seamless integration of DMS with our inhouse ERP systems, enabling customers to order via DMS without any manual interventions
• Enabling end to end process compliance in terms of DMS usage by training both internal SC teams (warehouse teams) as well as other stakeholders (sales)
• Accountable to maintain all master data and Identifying the functions that are required to be performed by TMS to minimize manual ways of working in entire logistics landscape starting from manufacturing site till end customers (Route and load optimization, e-invoicing, reduced bill clearance cycle, Transportation KPI real time tracking etc).
• Ensuring seamless integration of TMS with our SAP systems, enabling transparent real time data flow.
• Design and publish various interactive dashboards from these platforms for SC leadership to have a real time snapshot of all the relevant SC KPIs.
• The primary purpose of an SC satellite systems analyst in Haleon India is to ensure end to end scoping installation (if needed) interfacing with inhouse ERP and functioning of all the tech support products to supply chain, mainly the Distribution management system (DMS) and the Transport management system (TMS).

To achieve business objectives as a SC satellite systems analyst, a high level of knowledge and expertise is required in several key areas. These include:

• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes mainly warehousing, distribution Transportation etc.
• Understanding of Distribution management systems and its basic functionality
• Understanding of Transport management systems and its basic functionality
• Understanding of SAP and its basic Warehousing and Distribution and O2C functions and interface
• Knowledge of Supply chain KPIs and analytical models to support

The degree and nature of problem solving for an SC analyst will vary depending on the specific challenges and opportunities faced by the organization. However, in general, SC analyst will need to be highly skilled in problem-solving in order to effectively execute the seamless functioning of all the tech support products to supply chain. Some common problems that a SC analyst may need to solve include:

• Ensuring all relevant problem statements are captured and solved via the tech support products to supply chain (DMS/TMS)
• Ensuring on time delivery of the products with all the relevant functions in place
• Developing and implementing training and development programs for all team members on the new platforms (DMS/TMS)
• Developing dashboards for various key KPIs like in case of TMS (Freight spend, Utilization, Transport performance etc.) and in case of DMS (Order vs fulfillment, service levels etc.
• Ensuring minimal manual working in order to cash cycle via DMS and in transportation and freight management via TMS.

Qualifications and skills Essential

• 4-6 years of experience in supply chain analytics, with a strong hold in data Integration, data Visualization and Business Intelligence. Previous experience with DMS and TMS in a FMCG is preferred.
• At least one of - Power BI, Power Query, MS Excel, Tableau, VBA
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related fields.
