Job Description:
- Assist the responsible departments to handle general office administration work
- Provide secretarial support to Senior Executives of the responsible departments and general admin support
- Assist in day-to-day office operations, including stationery and inventory control
- Manage travel arrangement, expenses claims, payments processing
- Coordinate meeting schedules and support calendar management
- Handle office premises and facilities management to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace
- Maintain workplace tidiness and uphold health and safety standards
- Demonstrate strong internal and external communication skills in a cross-border corporate environment
- Possess a solid understanding of corporate governance and organizational operations, supported by experience in well-established institutions
- Exhibit high adaptability in managing diverse responsibilities, including routine administrative duties and document handling
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in related field and industry preferred
- Pleasant personality, good and friendly attitude
- Willing to learn, a self-starter, strong team spirit
- Proactive and pragmatic
- Computer literate with strong excel and PowerPoint skill
- Good command of English and Mandarin
