SEND Case Officer

SEND Case Officers - Salary GLPC G7 (£43,680 - £48,003pa) will work closely with parents/carers, schools and settings, education, health and social care professionals, and occasionally children and young people to manage all processes relating to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). They play a vital role in promoting positive outcomes for children and young people with SEND, ensuring that their needs are clearly understood, that the right support is in place, and that their voices are heard.
