Job Description

We are seeking skilled Prep Cooks to join our culinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and portion ingredients for various dishes, ensuring freshness and quality.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to execute recipes according to our standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety guidelines.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items and contribute to the overall creativity of the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year experience as a Prep Cook in a high-end restaurant or similar environment.
  • Must have availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
