The Reporting Lead sits within the Technology & BI capability and reports directly to the Head of Technology & BI. Data & Product develops scalable products and services—from dashboards and automation to econometric modeling and experimentation frameworks—ensuring that data is not just collected, but actively drives strategy and performance. Overview Job Description As Reporting Director, you will own the analytics and measurement agenda for Miele, one of our key multi-market clients. In this role, you combine strategic client leadership with deep data, analytics, and business intelligence expertise. You are responsible for translating complex business questions into clear measurement frameworks, actionable insights, and executive-level reporting that help turn data into better decisions. You will act as a trusted strategic partner for senior client stakeholders and as an inspiring lead for the analytics and measurement team. Working across hubs and markets, you will drive the long-term measurement vision, KPI governance, taxonomy standards, test-and-learn programmes, benchmarking, and performance analysis for the Miele account. Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead the analytics and measurement agenda for the Miele account and manage the day-to-day relationship with Miele’s analytics and marketing teams. Develop and drive the long-term measurement vision and roadmap, going beyond individual campaign cycles. Translate client business challenges into scalable, future-proof measurement frameworks and data solutions. Own KPI frameworks across hubs and markets, ensuring consistent alignment and representation in global reporting systems. Lead taxonomy governance and ensure standards are applied consistently across hubs and markets. Run and govern the hub-level Test & Learn programme, consolidating learnings and sharing best practices across teams. Oversee benchmark development, cross-market performance analysis, and executive-level reporting for senior stakeholders. Set and enforce standards for data accuracy, governance, performance, and security across measurement platforms and BI architecture. Identify opportunities for innovation, advanced analytics, AI, and new data-driven products or services. Act as an escalation point, role model, and connector across client teams, internal stakeholders, hubs, and markets. Qualifications Qualifications 6+ years of relevant experience in analytics, measurement, or business intelligence, preferably within complex, multi-market client portfolios. Proven experience with enterprise BI tools such as Power BI, data warehousing, dimensional modelling, ETL processes, and BI architecture. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, including Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Data Lake. Comfortable working with SQL and familiar with Python and/or other data-transformation tools. Strong understanding of media, marketing, and brand KPIs, including reach, performance metrics, and brand health. Able to look beyond dashboards and reporting by combining business analysis, data strategy, and infrastructure thinking. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise, challenge, and align senior and executive-level stakeholders. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with a trusted-advisor mindset and confident professional presence. Strategic, analytical, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity. Fluent in Dutch and English. Additional information What Can You Expect from Us?
