General Bindery Worker (2422)

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable team player to help keep production moving for some of the nation’s top brands. This role plays a key part in getting high-volume print jobs out the door — from cutting and finishing to packaging and shipping.

This position is for 2nd or 3rd shift, supporting off-shift production needs and helping ensure work continues to move efficiently outside of standard daytime hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Kit & pack daily print-on-demand orders — gather printed products, shrink-wrap, package, and prepare shipments

• Operate and maintain bindery equipment, including booklet-making machines

• Perform finishing work such as cutting (guillotine), folding, and general bindery tasks

• Handle high-volume items like business cards with strong attention to detail

• Support the team in meeting daily production goals and tight deadlines

• Jump in where needed across production to keep work moving efficiently

• Play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in bindery and print finishing is preferred 

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency

• Reliable, organized, and able to keep up in a high-volume environment

• Comfortable with hands-on work such as lifting, packaging, and shipping

• Willingness to learn and take on different tasks as needed
