Key Responsibilities
- Administration, clerical support and orientation for new hires.
- Assist and work with staffing firms to fill temp-to-hire positions and direct hire positions.
- Maintain departmental records.
- Assist with benefit enrollments and changes for new and current employees.
- Assist with FMLA, leaves of absence paperwork and administration.
- Implementation and coordination of employee events such as annual business meeting, employee lunches, culture building initiatives, contests, etc.

- Self-starter and self-motivated with attention to detail
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in the same or similar role
- HR Certification preferred (aPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP)
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in Paycom HR and Payroll system beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Concur and general PC knowledge
