The Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Campaign Operations team plans, executes, and optimizes campaign strategies on TikTok Shop Indonesia with a focus on driving month-over-month GMV growth. The team ensures campaign efficacy across key FMCG categories and different campaign types such as IP, Category and Platform — working at the intersection of data-driven insights and sharp execution to deliver measurable results at scale.

As a Campaign Operations Intern, you will support the FMCG team in planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns on TikTok Shop Indonesia. You will get hands-on experience working with campaign data, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to initiatives that directly impact GMV growth - gaining real exposure to how large-scale e-commerce campaigns are built and optimized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end FMCG resource management, including design creation, configuration, and ensuring on-time publication for IP, category, and ad-hoc campaigns.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (XFN) and brands to manage campaign timelines, asset readiness, and execution.
  • Handle multiple design requests, including revisions, tracking, and quality control to meet deadlines and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Final year student from Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related majors.
  • Strong understanding of campaign operations and proficient in Figma/Design tools.
  • Good communication and project management skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ownership and commitment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in campaign/operations (FMCG or e-commerce is a plus).
  • Familiar with Google Sheets/Excel and basic design guidelines.
  • Available for a minimum 6 month internships and willing to work from office (WFO).
