TBonz Management Company is now hiring an Assistant General Manager.
TBonz Management Company, a premier hospitality group in Charleston, is seeking a talented Assistant General Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the success of one of our flagship restaurants.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Supervise and motivate staff during shifts
- Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and cost control
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for the hospitality industry
SALARY RANGE
$50,000 - $65,000 annual salary (plus bonuses)
