We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Risk Management Team. This role will be based in Manila. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Lead end to end client relationships.
  • Grow business portfolio via renewal yield and new business.
  • Pro-actively contribute to internal initiatives such as but not limited to productivity, revenue monitoring and forecast management.
  • Maintain and expand a book of business comprised of high‑yield and/or large accounts; meet or exceed personal sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Advise the industry or regional leadership on organization standards and best practices for account retention and expansion, including: targeted opportunity identification, market research, and development of quantitative and qualitative presentations.
  • Develop and refine methodologies for account and opportunity prioritization based on external market conditions, competitor positioning, account relationship status, and internal business strategy.
  • Approve major account delegation and coverage decisions, leveraging deep awareness of market/industry dynamics, sales team capabilities, and cross‑functional input; intervene on escalated, at‑risk, or conflict accounts.
  • Design and execute market‑ or industry‑specific expansion and marketing strategies informed by insights from team members, competitor intelligence, and both external and internal business environments to grow the sales portfolio.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to key accounts and advise on the development of custom solutions for major portfolio clients that clearly address client objectives and expectations.
  • Represent the Company at industry events and conferences; build and maintain a strong professional network, maintain proximity to market trends, and position the Company as a thought leader.

What you need to have: 

  • Proven track record (typically 10+ years) of progressively responsible experience in strategic account management or enterprise sales, including managing large or high‑value accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and scaling mid‑to‑large sized sales teams, with strong people management and talent‑development capabilities.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent judgment in account prioritization and delegation, and the ability to make high‑impact decisions involving cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Experience designing or overseeing custom client solutions and presenting complex value propositions to senior client stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills; ability to operate effectively at senior client and internal executive levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel and represent the Company at industry events and conferences.
  • Experience in the specified industry or region (insert industry/region as appropriate).
  • Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated network within target industry and a record of thought leadership (public speaking, published insights, or conference participation).
