Lake Quivira is a beautiful private, gated community nestled around a stunning 224-acre lake near Shawnee, Kansas. Home to one of the premier private clubs in the Kansas City area, Lake Quivira offers residents and members a unique lifestyle centered around family, recreation, and community.
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and dependable Outside Staff members to assist members and guests, maintain golf facilities, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience on the course and practice areas.

What You’ll Do
As an Outside Staff member, you will play a key role in supporting our members’ golf experience by:
- Assisting members and guests with amenities and any needs before, during, and after play
- Managing golf cart use, cleanliness, and storage areas
- Overseeing staging areas for golf carts and ensuring smooth operation
- Setting up and maintaining driving range and short game areas, including cleaning range balls and picking up trash
- Assisting with golf tournaments, clinics, and events
- Maintaining practice tee amenities and cleanliness
- Cleaning golfers’ clubs after play and at the driving range
- Enforcing dress code and communicating Club amenities to players
- Communicating effectively with Professional Staff and assisting as needed
- Keeping stock of supplies and equipment organized
- Performing other duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License (16+ years old)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Physically able to perform assigned duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
- Golf knowledge is a plus but not required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
