Position Summary:
The Sales Support Analyst provides critical operational and technical support to the international sales team. This role is responsible for responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), preparing sales presentations, maintaining organized sales data and documentation, and supporting follow‑up activities with customers and internal stakeholders. The Sales Support Specialist will develop deep knowledge of the company’s products, specifications, and the competitive landscape to ensure accurate and compelling sales materials are delivered to customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to support successful sales execution.

Essential Functions:
- Coordinate and prepare responses to customer RFPs, RFIs, and other formal sales requests.
- Develop and maintain high‑quality sales presentations and proposal materials.
- Maintain and organize sales documentation, technical specifications, and supporting materials.
- Track sales activities and assist with follow‑up actions for the sales team.
- Maintain databases and records related to sales opportunities and customer interactions.
- Develop expertise in the company’s product specifications, capabilities, and applications.
- Monitor and maintain information related to the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to ensure accurate technical information.
- Support preparation for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Education, Training, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, proposal management, or business development support.
- Experience with international business, sales and/or marketing preferred.
- Strong written communication skills with experience preparing formal proposals and presentations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze and summarize technical product information.
- Experience in medical technology, radiation oncology, or proton therapy preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Physical and Environmental Considerations:
- Ability to work primarily in an office or remote office environment.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and computer systems.
- Ability to participate in virtual and in‑person meetings and presentations.
- Occasional travel may be required to support sales meetings or conferences.
