Head of Maintenance II OT2103 Job Objective Planning, controlling and monitoring of all maintenance related activities regarding production equipment at the location to achieve the relevant KPIs (e.g. technical availability, preventive maintenance according to HELLA regulations) and targets Develop and execute systematics to improve the competitiveness of the location (e. g. TOM (time-optimizedmaintenance) workshop); set up and execute the Total Productive Maintenance systematic within the location and ensure that the tasks in the HelPS roadmap related to maintenance are fulfilled Duties and Responsibilities A Maintenance Management 1 Ensure the short-, mid- and long-term organization of the maintenance department regarding headcount planning, employee development and the knowledge of the team regarding the technologies within the location 2 Organize the instruction and information of the employees regarding maintenance methodologies and processes regarding corrective and preventive maintenance 3 Develop, establish and support concepts for autonomous maintenance within the location 4 Set up, maintain and control the spare part management within the location 5 Support further TPM activities, such as Six Sigma projects with knowledge, feedback, ideas and recommendations 6 Involvement in the sourcing process of new equipment to ensure that the TPM systematic of new equipment is met, that the equipment is meeting HELLA requirements 7 Supervising planning of the maintenance activities within the location with the objective of increasing the quantitative and qualitative availability of technical systems and reducing maintenance costs 8 Execute measures to improve the competitiveness of the location (e. g. TOM workshops) 9 Support measures to improve the competitiveness of the location (e. g. cardboard kaizen activities) 10 Interact with the OPEI manager, his team and/or TPM roadmap responsible in regards of maintenance and the HELLA roadmaps 11 Interact with the quality organization and ensure that all quality relevant measures are executed 12 Ensure that maintenance is done accordingly to the needs of the location regarding know-how, availability, shifts and spare parts 13 Execute the planning of the fiscal year regarding the maintenance department B Leadership 1 Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure.
