Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting career opportunity for a Lawyer in the M&A / Capital Markets Practice at our Warsaw office. Job Requirements:
· Profound interest in M&A and equity capital markets.
· Structuring transactions and providing strategic guidance on deal mechanics.
· Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for M&A and equity capital markets transactions.
· Serving as the primary contact for clients, advising on legal, strategic, and business considerations.
· Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments as well as market trends.
· Collaborating closely with other practice groups to deliver comprehensive, cross-disciplinary legal solutions.
We Expect:
· A Master’s degree in polish law.
· Polish bar admission (as either an advocate or attorney-at-law).
· At least 5 years of proven experience in M&A and equity capital markets transactions, ideally within a reputable law firm.
· High level of professionalism, commercial awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile transactional environment.
· A strong focus on clients’ needs, willingness to take on responsibility, and the ability to work in a dynamic setting.
· Fluent, practical command of spoken and written legal English.
· Excellent organizational skills, strong motivation, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a “can-do” attitude.
