Job Description
The Lead Installer is responsible for managing and executing the installation of food service equipment at client sites. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Delivery and installation of various kitchen equipment and supplies locally and nationwide.
Taking direction from others to complete the job and good communication with the General Contractor on-site
Must lead other installers in a helper role to be productive and to follow the standards of the company to complete the job.
Moving heavy objects and working with power tools
Communicating directly with customers and with our project managers is critical for the successful execution of the job.
Some warehouse work and building maintenance are required on rare occasions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Some overnight travel may be required
Physical abilities including heavy lifting, climbing, bending, kneeling, and squatting required
Able to work on construction sites, operational kitchens and cafeterias, warehouses and loading docks.
Mechanically inclined – proficient use of power hand tools is required.
Preferred skills: construction, electrical, plumbing, forklift/lull certified, stainless steel welding and polishing
Team player, reliable, dependable, and willing to work.
Experience with company emailing and use of a smartphone.
Must have an acceptable driving record and active driver's license to be insurable to be able to drive a company truck.
