The Legal Team is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Revenue Contracts, to support the negotiation and management of commercial agreements related to Indeed’s products and services. In this role, you will review, draft, and negotiate a high volume of revenue-generating contracts, helping to protect the company while enabling business growth. Working closely with Sales and internal Legal partners, you will provide practical guidance on contract terms, balance risk with business objectives, and ensure agreements are clear, accurate, and aligned with company standards.
