Join Our Team as an HR Business Partner at Pure Fishing! Are you ready to make waves in your HR career? At Pure Fishing, we’re passionate about building high-performing teams that bring the best fishing gear and outdoor products to life—and we’re looking for an HR Business Partner like YOU to help drive our people strategy forward! What will you do? Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development Act as a trusted advisor to managers on coaching, feedback, and team effectiveness Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design efforts Lead and support key HR initiatives, including engagement, retention, and culture-building programs Analyze HR data and trends to inform business decisions Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, etc.) to deliver HR solutions Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Support change management efforts and drive adoption of new processes or initiatives Partner with leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performance work environment What makes you a great catch?
