What will you do?
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on coaching, feedback, and team effectiveness
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design efforts
Lead and support key HR initiatives, including engagement, retention, and culture-building programs
Analyze HR data and trends to inform business decisions
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, etc.) to deliver HR solutions
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Support change management efforts and drive adoption of new processes or initiatives
Partner with leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performance work environment

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or generalist roles
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, operational environment
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to work onsite in Columbia, SC
