Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Chattanooga, TN (On-site)
Pay: $20/hour

What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll partner closely with our recruiting team and play an active role in supporting hiring efforts across the company.
- Support sourcing and recruiting efforts for roles across multiple departments.
- Coordinate interviews and assist with candidate communication.
- Help manage job postings, recruiting campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
- Assist with onboarding activities and special recruiting projects.
- Gain exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake through hire.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a professional, people‑focused environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Students currently enrolled should have at least two years of college coursework completed.
- Rising seniors and recent graduates are strongly preferred.
- Previous office, HR, or recruiting experience is helpful, but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
