Together, let's push the boundaries of technology and advance sustainable networks worldwide.   How You'll Help Us Connect the World: As a Product Compliance Intern, you will be responsible for various compliance projects as part of the Compliance. You will work closely with multiple teams to achieve compliance. This role will be based at our Goa office in India for a duration of 6 to 11 months.   You Will Make an Impact By: Preparing regulatory filings, reports, and documentation for global markets. Collecting, organizing, and validating supplier environmental and material compliance data. Monitoring emerging regulations (RoHS, REACH, WEEE, and global equivalents) and summarizing potential impacts on ANDREW products. Collaborating with Engineering, Procurement, Product Management, and Quality teams to support compliance initiatives. Participating in sustainability-focused projects aligned with corporate environmental goals. Automating / maintaining internal databases, documentation, and compliance records. Supporting continuous improvement of compliance workflows and processes. Assisting in developing and enhancing digital compliance systems using AI tools for data analysis, document automation, and regulatory intelligence.   Required Qualifications for Consideration: Pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science / Information Technology with focus in Data Science and Analytics and in their Final Year of the Degree Should be actively pursuing their degree and must not have graduated before the internship commencement date. Knowledge of data science concepts such as data wrangling and exploratory data analysis. Experience with programming or query languages (Python, HQL/SQL, R, Scala, C/C++, Java, HTML/CSS). Ability to build queries, generate reports, and present findings clearly.   You Will Excite Us If You: Have knowledge of data science concepts such as data wrangling and exploratory data analysis. Have strong interest in product compliance, sustainability, or environmental regulations. Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Have clear communication skills and ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
