Job Description:
Assemble components according to instructions and using the appropriate equipment such as pneumatic/electric screwdrivers.
Assemble of components according to instructions and using the appropriate tools such riveters.
Install parts like absorber or other materials.
Visually inspects and processes individual products.
Perform mechanical dimensions check and record the same into a database (by using PC)
Test products according to work instructions and on appropriate technical equipment.
Reports defects during assembly and suggests process improvements, collaborates on implementing process changes.
Works in SAP – scanning components into the system and subsequently systemically stocking finished products.
Actively adheres to and sets up the so-called 5S.
Follows safety rules and workplace cleaning rules, adheres to quality principles.
Performs other related activities as instructed by the supervisor.
Performs all activities according to the currently completed so-called Skill Block (Operator I SB, Operator II, Operator II SB, Operator III, Operator III SB – according to the respective department).
Requirements, knowledge, and skills:
Familiarity with work instructions and technical drawing documentation.
Knowledge and understanding of basic processes on the production line.
Knowledge of working with production orders/job packs and bills of materials.
Basic PC skills (SAP, internal programs).
Manual dexterity.
Ability print and scan label (barcode)
Ability to work in a team.
Advantage: experience with a similar type of production, experience with basic assemblies, basic English
