You’ll be trusted with real ownership and supported to do the best work of your career.Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas—not people—and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.What you’ll do:Design, deploy, and maintain a secure high availability cloud infrastructureDesign, deploy, and manage containers and orchestration technologiesDesign and implement AWS security policies and best practices Design and implement observability infrastructure including logging, traceability, alarms, and billing alertsSupport AWS cost management and optimization Collaborate with DevOps to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure and applications  Deploy and manage Windows and/or Linux servers on-prem and in the cloud Build, support and troubleshoot IIS, AWS services, Tomcat or Apache web servers Provide application support, patch management, performance tuning and monitoring for our SaaS productsMonitor systems, review logs and manage system backupsOwn your system and application documentation for process improvementParticipate in a 24x7 on-call rotation with some off-hour and weekend supportLead cross-layer incident investigation — trace production issues across WAF, load balancer, application, and database tiers to identify root causeWhat you’ll bring:A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; IT Certification desired 5+ years of web server experience, including production troubleshooting 2+ years AWS experience with administration, configuration, performance tuning and troubleshooting  Experience hosting a SaaS application  Strong understanding of AWS networking technologies and AWS Security  Strong understanding of CloudFormation and Terraform  Hands-on experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems including troubleshooting all aspects of the server operating environment Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)  Basic understanding of LAN/WAN network architecture, TCP/IP, protocols, and best practices The ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Ability to coordinate projects and work assignments with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines  Self-motivated with outstanding organization skills and attention to detailCulture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-throughAI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomesFuel performance and outcomes.
