Supports the preparation, delivery, setup, tear-down, and maintenance of simulation equipment and supplies. Facilitates the setup and tear-down of various simulated learning environments. Assists with role-playing applications, including moulage and prop/equipment placement. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. [Required]
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills. [Required]
• Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts and ideas in understandable terms to all levels of internal staff (customers). [Required]
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. [Required]
• Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals. [Required]
• Possess strong ability to work autonomously, Initiative driven, and self-direction. [Required]
• Ability to map clinical, educational and operational processes, gather and analyze evidence-based data and effectively present information to various levels of audiences. [Preferred]
• Working knowledge of current human patient simulators and simulation/audiovisual platforms, including Laerdal, Gaumard, and CAE Healthcare. [Preferred]
• Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals. [Preferred]
• Solid leadership skills, initiative, and self-direction. [Preferred]
Education:
• Associate [Preferred]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Field of Study:
• or equivalent background.
• in simulation/technology/education/business or applicable discipline.
Work Experience:
• 1+ of experience in direct patient care within hospital or clinical setting. [Preferred]
• 1+ of experience in simulation operation/education/training. [Preferred]

• Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) [Preferred]
• Driver's License (DL) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Preferred]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Preferred]
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred]
