The position requires strong technical depth, calmness under pressure, and the ability to translate complex architectures into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders. You will play a key role in live customer engagements, including go-lives, escalations, and critical troubleshooting sessions. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with direct exposure to AI-driven knowledge orchestration and enterprise search systems.
