Ferguson Distribution Center – Front Royal, VA
Pay & Benefits
$23.50/hour base pay
Monthly performance bonus: Earn an additional $2–$5/hour
Bonuses paid monthly for strong performance and consistency
Overtime available (paid after 40 hours)
Benefits start after just 30 days (medical, dental, vision, etc.)
Schedule – Choose the Shift That Fits Your Life
Mid Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Second Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
What You’ll Do
Operate warehouse equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers)
Pick, stage, and store products accurately and efficiently
Use RF scanners or voice systems to complete daily tasks
Build pallets and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals
What We’re Looking For
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds consistently and 90 pounds via team-lift
Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
Warehouse or forklift experience preferred (training provided for the right candidates)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must pass a background check and drug screen
