Job Description
We are looking for a talented Office Assistant who will be able to apply coursework concepts to real-world situations working alongside professional, experienced colleagues while also gaining valuable experience working for a Global Manufacturing and Engineering Company.
- Collaborate with office personnel and executives to observe, digitize and consolidate records.
- Scan and digitally copy confidential records, drawings, photographs, etc.
- Use a Windows based computer system to access information, store, and retrieve files from the network, etc.
- Assists with a variety of special projects as needed.
- Ensure work is performed in a safe manner using all available safety equipment.
- All other related duties as assigned.
- Possess mental faculties consistent with performing the minimum requirements of the job.
- Adhere and perform all duties aligned with the core values of the LINK Group organization, Can-Do Attitude, Courage, Commitment, Humility and Accountability.
- Officially enrolled in High School.
- Excellent analytical skill and critical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to translate complex tasks into clear instructions.

- Ability to practice active listening to learn new skills within the industry, company, product or technical knowledge.
- Ability to walk.
- Ability to speak verbally and read in English.
