SAP UAM & Xiting Consultant (m/w/d)

YOUR NEW PAIR OF SHOES:

• SAP user and authorization management (UAM) is your passion.
• Design, implement, and maintain SAP authorization concepts and approval workflows for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and other SAP systems.
• Use Xiting XAMS and Xiting Security Platform (XSP) for role redesign, analysis, simulations, and SoD checks, master data administration and recertification.
• Conduct regular user access reviews (recertifications) to ensure compliance with internal controls (e.g., SoD conflicts) and audit requirements.
• Implement and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and ensure compliance with business processes.
• Ensure compliance with ITGC and SOX controls through proper documentation, evidence, and adherence to internal audit standards and support internal and external audits.
• Working hybrid with willingness to travel (10%).
• You have a high degree of personal responsibility, think in a process-oriented manner, and are a team player with a practical and analytical approach.

 

YOUR PATH THROUGH LIFE:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or a related field, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in SAP authorizations/security administration.
• Proven expertise in role and user management, approval workflows, recertification and process documentation.
• B2 level in German is required as well as very good written and spoken English.
• In-depth knowledge of Xiting XAMS, Xiting Security Platform (XSP), and related SAP tools for security optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of IT general controls (ITGC) and SOX compliance requirements, as well as experience in supporting audit and control testing.
