Responsibilities / Tasks
As a People Partner Student, you will provide day-to-day support to the People team and contribute to key activities:
- Support People administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contractual changes, offboarding)
- Maintain and update employee data in People systems (e.g., Workday), ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Assist in managing employee queries, providing first-level support with guidance from People Partners
- Support talent acquisition activities (job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication)
- Prepare People documentation such as contracts, certificates, and internal communications
- Assist with payroll and compensation data preparation and validation
- Support People projects and initiatives (engagement, talent processes, reporting)
- Contribute to ensuring alignment with internal policies and local labor regulations
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field
- Eligibility to sign an internship agreement with your university
- Basic understanding of People/HR processes is a plus
- Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage
