Job Description
The ITT Coordinator serves as a key operational partner between internal sales teams, third-party dealers, logistics partners, and warehouse operations to coordinate equipment installations and ensure timely, accurate execution of orders.
This role is responsible for managing installation requests, coordinating timelines, negotiating installation and maintenance pricing, processing orders in E-Automate, and ensuring all required documentation and communication flows efficiently throughout the process. - Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming dealer installation and coordination requests within the assigned region
- Coordinate installation timelines and logistics between sales teams, third-party dealers, warehouse operations, and customers
- Negotiate installation compensation and maintenance pricing based on manufacturer guidelines and operational requirements
- Create and manage sales orders, purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation within E-Automate
- Monitor and communicate equipment receipt, staging, delivery, installation, and pickup status with internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up proactively with dealers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure orders remain on schedule and issues are resolved quickly
- Coordinate with sales teams to identify and engage authorized third-party dealers to support customer installations and service needs
- Ensure all billing documentation, installation records, and supporting paperwork are completed accurately and submitted on time
- Update customer equipment records, contracts, and installation details within company systems
- Assist in resolving operational discrepancies, scheduling conflicts, and installation-related issues
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal departments, external vendors, and dealer partners
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance installation coordination efficiency and customer experience
- Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or additional business, logistics, or operations training preferred
- 1–2+ years of experience in logistics, operations coordination, customer support, dispatching, or administrative support roles preferred
- Basic understanding of logistics coordination, scheduling processes, and operational workflows
- Experience working with ERP systems or operational management platforms; E-Automate experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and external partners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and order processing
- Ability to problem-solve independently while escalating issues appropriately when needed

- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Pay Range: $18 - $23 per hour
