Distribution Supervisor

In this role you will provide leadership and direction for day-to-day distribution operations to ensure customer demand is met consistently and eficiently You will be responsible for maintaining supply reliability for customers and locations, ensuring all medical gas deliveries comply with FDA standards and Linde's quality assurance system Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet internal goals, customer expectation and operational standard Train the Distribution Team in all aspects of Linde Safety and Quality systems and requirements You will monitor distribution efficiencies and staffing levels to ensure customer delmands are consistently met You will lead safety initiatives, including adminsistering safety training, conducting evaluations, and overseeing accident investigations Control costs by evaluating shipments, consolidating loads, and selecting the most cost-efficient method of shipment Drive productivity to maximize distribution capabilities and operational efficiency, while providing job training that fosters career development and growth
