Product Specialist

You will become a deep expert on how complex agent systems behave in real-world environments, translating product behavior into actionable insights for both customers and internal teams.
The position requires a strong product mindset and curiosity to understand systems end-to-end, going beyond surface-level support to uncover patterns and opportunities for improvement.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and customers, acting as the bridge between usage in production and future product direction.
The environment is fast-paced, highly autonomous, and built around ownership, experimentation, and continuous learning.
You will also contribute to enablement, documentation, and customer-facing activities such as demos and webinars.
