Regional Support Services – Trade Assistant

For our group company, NKG Commercial Services Company Limited, we are looking for a Regional Support Services - Trade Assistant (f/m/d).

The position will be based in An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City and/or An Phuoc Industrial Park, Dong Nai City.

Your responsibilities

• Perform trade data entry in the system accurately and timely.
• Preparation and provide support for the trade documents, reports.
• Perform traffic data entry, check and archive documents.
• Support on any paperwork required in order to formalize the commercial contracts with suppliers and clients.
• Support any other Trade/ Finance/ Traffic tasks when requested.

Your profile

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, data entry, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with trade documentation and commercial contract processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional or multicultural environment.
