Job Description

The role supports the administration and coordination of EEE research programmes and related graduate research activities under EEE Graduate (Research Studies) office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support as part of the EEE Graduate (Research Studies) team.

  • Assist ACG in the administration of EEE research degree programmes, including student academic matters, curriculum administration, examinations, and progression matters.

  • Coordinate and manage graduate academic related activities and events, including programme outreach, publicity, orientation, and other ad hoc student activities.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate programme administration.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline; prior experience in academic or programme administration will be an advantage.

  • Experience working in a tertiary education institution is preferred.

  • Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight timelines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good interpersonal abilities.

  • IT savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
