We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-first HR Operations Associate to join our HR team in Mumbai. You will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes — from onboarding to separation — and serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a seamless and consistent HR experience across the organization.
- Onboarding & Joining Formalities: Coordinate pre-joining documentation, HRMS onboarding, induction program coordination and cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams to ensure onboarding readiness on day one.
- Employee Records & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee data in the HRMS; manage digitized personnel files, ensure records are updated with any changes promptly and ensure audit-readiness at all times.
- Leave & Attendance Administration: Administer leave policies, track attendance records, and resolve discrepancies.
- Letters & Documentation: Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and any other HR communications.
- Offboarding & Exit Management: Manage separation process including clearance formalities and full & final settlement coordination.
- Employee Helpdesk: Respond to employee queries on policies, benefits, and other HR matters within defined SLAs.
- Graduate in any discipline; Any post-graduation certification in HR preferred
- 1–2 years of HR operations or HR generalist experience
- Hands-on experience with any HRMS tool
- Familiarity with HR policies, process documentation and SOPs
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong English fluency in written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data
- Great at planning and organizing, multi-tasking and ability to work with deadlines
