Role Summary
1. Efficiently manage and operate human resources, and train employees to support business goal achievement according to business strategy2. Build cooperative corporate-labor relationship and foster healthy organizational culture to enhance work satisfaction for management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- point of contact for managers and employees regarding all labor and social security law matters.
- Close collaboration and regular coordination with the HR Manager.
- responsible for all personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding, including the preparation of employment contracts and other personnel-related forms and documents.
- assist with the preparation and follow-up of externally processed payroll, as well as with monthly and annual closing procedures.
- maintain employee data in our HR system, Workday, and manage the time tracking system.
- take on smaller strategic HR projects.
- assist in the area of occupational safety and health management.
- provide confidential support to our Korean expatriate employees during their relocation process.
- Collaboration with external partners and the organization of company events.
Requirements
Requirements:
- fluency in the German (minimum level B2) is a must
- successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or comparable qualifications.
- initial professional experience in HR administration and employee support.
- proficient in using standard MS Office applications; ideally, you already have experience with Workday.
- communicate confidently in German and English, even when dealing with complex issues.
- Assertiveness, flexibility, a strong sense of responsibility, and organizational skills.
- above-average capacity and willingness to learn.
Work Authorization:
- A valid work authorization for Germany is required for this position. We are currently unable to provide visa sponsorship or support work permit applications.
