Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Role

• Discuss the actual shipment with the purchasers/ forwarders
• Checking the previous day arrivals
• Tracking the new shipments
• Cargo organization
• Managing the shipments in Cello/ FIS
• Using internal systems
• Checking emails
• Ad hoc tasks which are defined by direct leader
• Preparing statistical reports, ad-hoc reports
• Cooperate with other departments

Responsibilities

• Keep contact between purchaser and forwarder
• Deliver ETA on time
• Inform all the related people in the process
• Upload shipments into the Cello

Requirements

Qualification: College/ University degree

Experience: 1-2years relevant experiences

Other skills: Computer skills (MS Office), flexible, good problem solving ability, good communication skills in English (both written and oral), independent and precise work
