Job Description:
- Support the transfer of existing IFUs into the new standardised template, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal requirements.
- Perform accurate data entry, formatting, and document structuring using Microsoft Office tools, primarily Word and Excel.
- Ensure document quality by applying appropriate formatting, cross-checking content, and maintaining version control.
- Support coordination and communication with internal stakeholders to collect required inputs or clarifications.
- Contribute to maintaining organised documentation and supporting document management processes.
- Assist with additional tasks within the Endevour project as needed.
- Support adherence to timelines by managing assigned tasks in line with project priorities and deadlines.
- Support of regulatory affairs tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Ongoing university studies in a technical, scientific, or legal field.
- Basic understanding of document handling and structured documentation processes.
Skills/technical know-how
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g. German) are an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to use advanced features in Word and Excel (e.g. formatting, tables, styles, data handling, formulas, and document structuring) to support efficient document processing.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders to obtain and clarify information.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks within defined timelines.
Experience:
- Initial experience in document handling, data management, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Experience working in a structured or regulated environment (e.g. academic or industry projects) is beneficial.
