Full-Time, Temporary (June to August)
Somerville or Fredericton, NB (Hybrid)
As a Summer Student, Rating, you will support invoice validation and rate reviews.

How You’ll Contribute as a Summer Student:
- Help review customer agreements and apply charges accurately to invoices.
- Support the team with daily tasks to help meet deadlines and service standards.
- Communicate with departments such as Pricing and Operations to confirm charges and service details.
- Review system-generated rates to ensure accuracy.
- Help ensure additional services are billed correctly according to company guidelines.
- Check invoice information for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow company procedures and policies.
- Run and review daily reports to support accurate billing and revenue tracking.
- Build positive working relationships with team members and other departments.
