What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers in identifying and selecting the vehicle that best meets their transportation needs
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
- Respond promptly to phone, internet, and showroom inquiries
- Greet and assist customers in the dealership and on the lot
- Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Follow the CarShop sales process and embody our values of integrity, teamwork, and customer care
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain engagement
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current inventory and promotions
- Continuously develop sales and customer service skills

- Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to integrity and professionalism
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing
